These are many of the products that I recommend after having designed hundreds of bathrooms. These options provide what I’ve found to be the best value in regards to durability, functionality, price, and overall design.

VANITY FAUCETS
The fewer flat surfaces that water can sit on, the better looking the faucet will stay, especially if you have hard water in your house. If you have a vanity with a single hole, we can cut out 2 more 1â…œ” holes for this faucet style to fit.
This is a great simple faucet and only needs one hole for installation. If there are 3 holes in a stock sink you are buying and the spread on the holes is less than 6” from outside to outside, it can be covered by a deck plate which is included in the option with the drain.
WALL MOUNTED VANITY FAUCET
A single valve to turn on is the easiest way to turn on the water for a sink incase one hand is full, but this style of valve does visually fill one side of the faucet more than the other which can look good if you have more countertop space on one side of the sink than the other.
This wall mounted faucet makes the space look very symmetrical and has a simple beautiful look. The wall mounted faucets are built out of solid brass for the inside the wall portion, so you could change the color of the portion outside of the wall without needing to rip open the wall.
This has a more modern look and a symmetrical design, but there are more flat surfaces for water to sit as well.
SHOWER FAUCETS
This is a delta faucet which is a name brand and will make doing repairs later down the road easier for you as most plumbers know how to work with delta faucets and the parts are readily available at supply houses. This faucet can have the temperate and water pressure controlled separately which makes for a super comfortable shower. If another faucet in the house turns on, the shower will stay within 2 degrees of the desired temperature.
We love the look of a simple shower head without having the pull-up diverter on the tub spout to make it so kids don’t turn on the shower during their baths. This also simplifies turning on a shower for adults.
Simple yet elegant design for the shower valve with a handheld faucet.
FREE STANDING TUB
67” Acrylic freestanding tubs are a great budget option for a tub. They are durable, but aren’t as good as a stone tub for everyday use. Also, if the tub is going onto a second story or into a basement, you will want an acrylic tub due to the weight.
59” Acrylic freestanding tub. Remember to leave a little bit of space around the tub area in your design (we recommend 3” minimum) to be able to fit a hand with a rag around the tub for cleaning.
54” Acrylic freestanding tub is a great option to replace where a standard 60” wall mounted tub use to be and still have space around the tub for cleaning. Remember to pay attention to the color fo hardware on the drain cover and the overflow and go with either white to match the tub or the color of the fixtures that you have throughout the bathroom.
This 65” solid surface stone tub is an awesome tub for daily use. It does weigh 270 lbs, so keep that in mind before you purchase it. The solid surface will have great heat retention and will clean easier than the acrylic tubs.
Solid surface tub with white covers on the drains to match the tub in a 59” and 55” tub makes the tub easy to match any bathroom. The tub feels more solid than the acrylic tubs and will be a great daily user as it will clean beautifully and retain heat well.
If the standard oval freestanding tub isn’t your style, then the more squared off edges on this tub might help with your personal style and create a more unique and slightly larger tub area for you. This one is almost 67” long.
FREE-STANDING TUB FILLER
This floor mounted freestanding tub filler is great if you have exterior walls on the sides of the tub and want to keep the waterlines out of the exterior walls. Freestanding tub fillers are more difficult to waterproof around than a wall mounted option, but they also help take up more visual space next to the tub which can be great for certain tub areas. One thing to remember is to have your tub size decided well in advance so that the water lines coming out of the floor land right where they need to.
An awesome, simple design for the tub filler is to have a single wall mounted filler with a simple single handle temperature control. The tub spout does stick out from the wall ~12”, so you’ll want to make sure that where the valve is placed isn’t in a natural sitting location in the tub.
Having 2 handles to control the temperature on the tub filler can be more convenient as well as creates symmetry to the space.
A handheld wall mounted faucet with a tub filler that doesn’t stick out of the wall as much as others can make for a great tub where you’d want multiple sitting locations or want to use the tub to rinse off and not just soak.
MEDICINE CABINET
A great edge lit medicine cabinet option. There is an outlet that can be wired for the inside as well. One thing to keep in mind is that the switch to turn on the edge lit medicine cabinets is on the mirror, so there will be a small smudge mark where the switch is built into the glass from fingers turning on and off the edge light. An awesome addition to a bathroom.
BATHROOM HARDWARE
Keep 2 sides on the toilet paper holder whenever possible and having a ring for the hand towel makes the hand towel stay on better from constant use. This set has a towel bar for the larger towels.
Keep 2 sides on the toilet paper holder whenever possible and having a ring for the hand towel makes the hand towel stay on better from constant use. I personally like having a hook for the larger body towels so this set just has the handheld towel ring and the toilet paper holder.
BATHROOM MIRROR
This 30”x48” mirror is great for a 60” vanity cabinet. When getting a mirror, you want to have the mirror be no wider than the vanity and ideally 2-4 inches narrower than the vanity on each side. If you are putting sconce lights on either side of the mirror, then the mirror should cover 60-70% of the vanity’s width.
