This is a real master suite remodel we completed for a homeowner in Orem, Utah. The original bathroom came with the home — functional, but dated and lacking the storage and style the homeowner was looking for. The goal was to create a modern, spa-like retreat with a completely new layout and improved storage throughout both the bathroom and bedroom.
The result is a master suite that feels like a luxury hotel — every detail considered, every inch purposeful.
The Challenge
The homeowner wanted to move away from the original builder-grade bathroom and create a space that felt intentional, elevated, and designed specifically for them.

The Solution
We redesigned the entire bathroom layout from scratch — relocating fixtures to create a more logical, spacious flow between the vanity, tub, and shower. The double vanity became a showpiece with its wood cabinetry, white waterfall-style countertops, oval mirrors, and dramatic bubble pendant lights against a wood slat accent wall.
The walk-in shower was built with full glass enclosure and marble-look tile, with a built-in bench and niche for a true spa feel. The freestanding soaking tub anchored the room as its centerpiece.
In the bedroom, the custom built-in entertainment wall brought the suite together — warm wood tones, glass-front cabinets, and a dedicated TV niche that followed the vaulted ceiling line. The window seat added a cozy finishing touch with natural light and extra storage.
The Result
The Mann master suite went from a basic builder bathroom to a fully custom, spa-worthy retreat.
