About Our Founder
I’m Tanner, the owner of Design Your Price, and my journey into the building industry is deeply rooted in my family. Growing up, dinner table conversations were filled with stories of problem-solving and construction challenges. My grandpa, dad, and 2 brothers—all contractors. This environment sparked my passion for building and led me to pursue a degree in civil engineering and design. I wanted to understand the science behind homes and how to create the best projects for my friends and clients.
Over the last half a decade, I’ve had the privilege of completing hundreds of projects around Orem, specializing in home additions, ADUs, and remodels. As a team, we meet every morning to ensure we’re always improving and exceeding our clients’ expectations. We believe in integrity in action and building lasting connections, which is why our clients often become raving fans.
When I’m not on the job site, you can find me fly fishing, grilling, or spending quality time with my wife and two kids. I’m passionate about giving back to my community and actively serve in my church.
